BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ENTRY AND THE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE SHARED WITH THE SPONSOR. SPONSOR’S USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO THE SPONSOR’S PRIVACY POLICIES AT THE LINKS PROVIDED BELOW.

ELIGIBILITY: National DevOps Day 2022 Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of May 24, 2022. The following individuals are not eligible: All employees of Transposit Corporation (“Sponsor”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling (or “step” of each) and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not), are ineligible to enter or win the SWEEPSTAKES. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Entry in the SWEEPSTAKES constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these “Official Rules”. 2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The SWEEPSTAKES entry period begins at 12:00:01am PST May 24, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PST June 4, 2022 the “SWEEPSTAKES Period”. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted during the SWEEPSTAKES Period.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:
You may enter the SWEEPSTAKES via LINKEDIN by
1) clicking ‘follow’ on the Transposit LinkedIn company page (https://www.linkedin.com/company/transposit). If you already ‘follow’ Transposit on LinkedIn, no action will be needed to complete this step.
2) Clicking ‘like’ on the company post introducing the sweepstakes. Other reactions in place of a like will be allowed.
3) Commenting on the company post introducing the sweepstakes by tagging someone you partner with AND sharing why you value their partnership.
You may enter the SWEEPSTAKES via TWITTER by
1) Clicking ‘follow’ on the Transposit twitter page (https://twitter.com/transposit). If you already ‘follow’ Transposit on Twitter, no action will be needed to complete this step.
2) Clicking ‘retweet’ on the @transposit tweet introducing the sweepstakes.
3) Replying directly to the @transposit tweet introducing the sweepstakes and mentioning (‘@’) someone you partner with AND sharing why you value their partnership.
A winner will be chosen at random based on those who completed each step for entry. You may not enter more than once. If you enter the contest on both LinkedIn and Twitter, only one entry will be considered for the sweepstakes. The first 50 participants across both platforms, along with their tagged partners, will be eligible to receive a National DevOps Day cap. Only the initiating participant will be eligible to receive the Yeti cooler. If the tagged partner enters the sweepstakes separately, they will only receive one cap, but will be eligible to receive the Yeti cooler based on their own entry. Incomplete entries are ineligible.
The Grand Prize Winners will be notified via LinkedIn or Twitter profile provided to enter. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the profile is registered. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to the SWEEPSTAKES shall be final and binding. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: (1) a potential Grand Prize Winner’s failure to respond to direct notification within three (3) days after its transmission; (2) the return of an email notification (or dial attempt) as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; (3) a potential Grand Prize Winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (4) a potential Grand Prize Winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with contact information needed to deliver prize (7) days after the request is made; (5) a potential Grand Prize Winner’s failure to validly claim the prize by date given to winner (6) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules. In the event of a prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. In no event shall the Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by the Sponsor because of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
